Gordana Radojčić is the director of the preschool institution "Children's Kingdom". She graduated from the basic studies of the Faculty of Teacher Education in Belgrade, in the direction of educators in preschool institutions. She completed her master's degree in scientific research, on the topic "Observation and monitoring of preschool children as a basis for planning and programming educational work in kindergarten."
She started her educational career as an educator at the state preschool "Boško Buha" in Belgrade. She has been working at the "Children's Kingdom" preschool since its foundation.
in addition to performing the duties of the director, she is daily involved in direct educational work with the children of our Institution. She is recognizable by the fact that she sees the children she works with as unique personalities, she always tries to preserve and nurture their diversity. Her work exudes innovation and the application of new knowledge, gained through constant professional development.
